These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ThreatBlock website and your enrollment in our training programs. By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

ThreatBlock provides live, instructor-led cybersecurity training and certification preparation, delivered online (via Microsoft Teams) and in person in New Delhi. Course descriptions, durations, and formats are described on the relevant course pages and may be updated from time to time.

Enrollment & Payments

• Enrollment is confirmed once your payment (or agreed first installment) is received and you get a written confirmation from us.
• Fees for GRC-track programs are quoted on enquiry and depend on the plan chosen (Starter, Lattice, or Nexus). Group discounts apply for teams of 3 or more.
• External certification exam fees (for example CEH, ISO, or LPI exams) are booked and paid separately by the learner unless expressly stated otherwise.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refunds

• If we cancel or reschedule a batch, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next batch.
• If you cancel more than 7 days before your batch starts, you receive a full refund minus payment processing charges.
• If you cancel within 7 days of the batch start, we offer a one-time transfer to a later batch instead of a refund.
• No refund is available once the batch has started, except at our discretion in cases of genuine hardship.

Learner Conduct

Our courses teach offensive and defensive security skills for lawful, professional use. By enrolling, you agree that you will:

• Use the techniques taught only on systems you own or are explicitly authorised to test.
• Not use course materials, labs, or tools to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any system.
• Not disrupt live sessions or harass instructors or other learners.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for serious or repeated violations of this section.

Intellectual Property

All course materials — slides, lab guides, recordings, templates, and tools created by ThreatBlock — are our intellectual property, licensed to you for personal learning only. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share them, including recordings of live sessions. The ThreatBlock name, logo, and “Defending Tomorrow, Today” are our trademarks.

Certificates

Completion certificates are issued to learners who meet the attendance and assessment criteria communicated for their course. Certificates confirm training completion; they do not guarantee employment or external certification outcomes.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Training is provided “as is” with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant specific career, salary, or exam outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any course or use of this website is limited to the fees you paid us for that course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or enrollment after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
